Hello Again and Welcome! I am Kathleen and will be setting you your website/funnels/automations. I try to book a short call (15 min) where I am able to get the 2 factor authentication codes (2FA) from you.
The GHL (Go High Level ) and quite often site where you have your domain registered will require a 2FA (two-factor authentication)
What this means is if I login as you using your password... it will require a second "proof" that it is you, and then it will send a time sensitive code to either your phone or the email associated with your account at the time I log in. Then you have to relay that back to me within a certain amount of time for me to log in.
I am contracted by Jason to do the DFY setup. This is set up by his recommended practices and any adjustments to that can be done by you after I have completed the DFY. I am only contracted to do this, any additional time, or additional changes will be subject to my discounted hourly fees of $70 per hour. If you wish to utilize my services for this we can coordinate that.
Since I am doing the DFY setup, this will allow you to skip most of the setup in the training, but know it is there for you to access when needed.
In order to set up your AI SaaS we will need a few things from you.
1. Your Login to Go High Level and the name and logo of your company.
When setting up your account be sure to put it under the name you want for your Agency, because when people log into the CRM they will see your logo.

2. Domain Name and password and user name if needed (access to your DNS (Domain Name Server)). Example: GoDaddy Account If you have GoDaddy. There are a couple of Domain Registars who are now connected to GHL and therefore make the adding of DNS records simple. These are (so far) GoDaddy, Namecheap and our favorite Cloudflare. If you are not registered with one of those three we would suggest "pushing" the DNS to Cloudflare where the set up with GHL is very easy and they also include free SSL (the "s" in https).
We can setup a free Cloudflare account for you if it is required, you would need to confirm the registration in your email if we set it up. (We use the same credentials(user name and password) as your GHL account).
3. Lead Connector PHONE (GHL version)(Recommended) - Lead Connector (LC) is Go High Level's new phone option, it is Twilio but GHL is handling all the annoying bits for you. Look at your GHL account under Settings/Phone Number to see the LC option it works the same but billing would be through GHL and you get a slight discount since GHL has a group plan.
With LC: I can set it all up for you without a password and just give me and area code you'd like for your number.
**A2P 10 DLC (requirement for any texting) - There is now a new requirement which is A2P 10 DLC - it is a new verification process that is required for anyone and any company that is doing text messaging in the US.
This requirement is bit of a process. Some people choose to get an Toll Free Number to use in the mean time while they wait for the other number to be approved. You can use Toll Free Number with limited (no bulk) sending before the verification is approved.
To help with getting you approved in a timely manor we have an additional thirdparty snapshot to get you all set. This should also help you down the road when you get clients of your own and is provided for free from Extendly which third party company that can also provide white labeled tech support for your clients if contract with them for this service. Depending on your business type we might need additional infomation to get this completed (EIN number and scanned image of the EIN Document).

The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are only "Sample" documents and while they can be used to get your through the A2P process, you do need to look into getting the proper T&C and Privacy policy for your business.

4. Lead Connector EMAIL(GHL version) (Recommended) -
The GHL version (Lead Connector Email) works the same way, it is still Mailgun, just GHL is the go between and you get a bit of a discount and it's billed through GHL. It's always better to have a custom domain for your email and add that into Lead Connector. This would be adding a record to the DNS and we typically will use "reply" as a subdomain.
5. Stripe is the payment gateway used by GHL (how you receive your $ from sales) and needs to be connected to the Agency Level And Sub-Account Level. Once Stripe is connected to the Agency it will also need to be connected to the Sub-Account.
On the Agency Level you would connect it in the Settings which at the bottom of the menu and look for Stripe.
For the Sub-Account (it needs to be the same Stripe account as the Agency) you can do this under "Launch Pad" in the main menu of the Sub-Account (usually the same name as your agency).
We would use this when we create products, it will sync them with Stripe. (so when someone purchases a plan the funds go through Stripe into your bank account)
LOGO - Keep in mind that most of the website has a white background and a LOT of orange. However, in your new white labeled Agency there is a menu where your logo sits, and that has a choice between black menu background or white menu background (this is new). So if you have a transparency version and it's a dark logo, you might want to create an extra one that has a white border around for this spot in this section of your agency if you choose the black menu.
